The Growth Partnership was established in 1988 by business and civic leaders in Ashtabula County to increase the economic vitality and prosperity of Ashtabula County businesses and communities. Growth Partnership is the lead organization for economic development in Ashtabula County, and it is playing a growing role in community development across the county.
The organization is governed by an 11-member Executive Committee and its 65 Trustees. A small professional staff manages the organization's service programs and drives the daily work effort.

Executive Director
Greg has worked in economic development for over 20 years. having run his own economic development and corporate site selection firm, MB3 Consulting, since 2010. Before that he was a partner at Silverlode Consulting and worked for Ernst & Young and the City of Cleveland Economic Development Department.
Don Iannone, MA
Cindy Rabe
Senior Advisor
Don is a 35-year veteran of economic development. He has worked in 31 states and several countries on economic development projects. He has held local, state and national leadership positions in the economic development field. Don joined the GP in 2014.
Economic Consultant
Jim is a veteran business and economic researcher, having held key management positions at the Greater Cleveland Growth Association and the Cleveland Plain Dealer. He has run his own economic research company for over 15 years.
Manager, Business Services
Cindy has worked in economic development 17 years. She has worked in business retention, expansion and recruitment projects, and community development initiatives. She joined GP in 1999. She resides in Jefferson, Ohio.
